At Ajax CNC Precision, we also do custom projects for various industries. These projects can be small and simple but can also be more complex with alot of assembling. Here are some pictures of some of the work we've done.
Hand sanitizing stands
We made our own pedal activated stands for various clients. This is a project that required a lot of assembling of parts. These are high quality stands and will last forever.
Made from steel, powder coated black or white
Stainless steel spout
Pedal made from aluminum

Bottle Shelving Unit
We have many projects where we partner with others to make some unique structures. This is one example.
The unit is made from steel which is then powder coated in black. There are also small railings made from brass to keep the bottles from falling off. The woodmakers then make the cabinets and wooden shelves.
Metals such as steel or brass work great in combination with wood or other materials like glass.

Projector stands for art gallery
This is another unique project. The picture was taken by Juan Ortiz-Apuy, art installator at Galerie AXENE07 in Gatineau.
The stands are made from round steel tubing that is then bent into the desired shape. We then add two plates from aluminum with screws to hold everything together. Afterwards we powder coat the stands in yellow for a beautiful look.
Brass is a material we often work with. This is a perfect example of machined parts being assembled together afterwards.
This fixture in particular is now in Union Station in Toronto. It's made completely from solid brass. It is then polished and lacquered to give it a nice shine and preserve it from oxidation. Glass is installed on each door after that.
